FINANCIAL POLICY
The Therapists at the Wisconsin Psychological Center, LLC provides high quality services and share a commitment to do so at a reasonable cost. Keep in mind that most health insurance companies provide coverage for mental health services.
Below are some of the health insurance accepted by the therapists at the Wisconsin Psychological Center, LLC. However, each therapist has different affiliations with health insurance companies and you should contact your insurance directly for more information.
SELF PAY CLIENT
If you are uninsured or wish to self-pay for our services, the law requires we give you a Good Faith Estimate of Costs for services we offer when scheduling care or when you request an estimate. The law also requires we inform all uninsured and self-pay patients that a good faith estimate of expected charges is:

Available in a written document that is clear, understandable, and prominently displayed;

Orally provided when the service is scheduled or when the patient asks about costs; and,

Available in an accessible format, and in the patient's preferred language.

PAYMENT FOR CO-PAYMENTS AND DEDUCTIBLES ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF EACH VISIT.
For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept debit cards from Flexible Health Care accounts.
